Exciting driving opportunity available for CLASS 1 TRAMPER DRIVERS!

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our logistics team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys life on the road and is comfortable spending nights away from home during the week. As a tramper driver, you will be responsible for the long-distance haulage of goods across the UK, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.

Ongoing, consistent booking available for at least 6 weeks with a chance of temp to perm opportunities if desired. 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class 1 (C+E) HGV vehicle in a safe and professional manner

• Conduct pre-use vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is roadworthy

• Transport goods nationwide according to schedule

• Secure loads properly 

• Complete relevant paperwork and log delivery activities accurately

• Adhere to all road transport legislation, including drivers hours and tachograph rules

• Maintain regular communication with transport office regarding delivery progress or issues

• Overnight stays in the cab 

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence

• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card

• Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience 

• Good knowledge of UK road network and driving regulations

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Comfortable with overnight stays and flexible working hours

With a fantastic weekly payday, each Friday. You'll receive a competitive pay of £16-18ph, and a tax free allowance of £25 per night out.
