Class 1 Drivers - Store Deliveries & Trunking
Location: Cumbernauld

We are currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for supermarket distribution work based out of Cumbernauld.

This role involves a mix of store deliveries and trunk runs to RDCs. The work is well planned, steady, and ideal for drivers who prefer organised routes and consistent workloads.

The Role:

• Class 1 driving duties from the Cumbernauld depot

• Store deliveries to supermarket locations

• Trunking between regional distribution centres

• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time

• Completing PODs and delivery paperwork accurately

• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting

• Working in line with drivers’ hours and transport regulations

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

• In-date Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card

• Previous Class 1 experience preferred

• Good awareness of safe loading and unloading practices

• Reliable, professional approach to work

• Ability to represent the client to a high standard
