We are currently recruiting for a professional HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join our general haulage operation based in Shotts. This is a Monday to Friday position offering regular, ongoing work with no weekend requirements.

You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of palletised general haulage goods to various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting general haulage goods using a Class 2 vehicle

• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time

• Completing vehicle checks and maintaining accurate delivery paperwork

• Communicating effectively with the transport office and customers

• Adhering to all road transport legislation and company policies

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence

• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• Minimum 3 months Class 2 driving experience 

• No major endorsemsents

• Good understanding of driver hours and road safety regulations
